Where to begin studying for this task(problem inside)?

I want to create an app with little functionality,but don't even know where to start.
In order not to spend months studying the language,which will help to realize the task decided to ask a question.
I need an app that will go on youtube in the Creator Studio and then to the analysis of hits,then do a screenshot and go to VC,then the previously obtained screen to send to a specific user.
Through what language it can be implemented? And if not too much trouble,I will be glad to Council with some literature to start studying to perform such actions.

You didn't specify for what platform will the app. But in General to implement this in any language without any problems. For example in python this functionality can be implemented in just a few minutes using selenium to take screenshots and one of the libraries to work with VK(vk, vk_api, aiovk...).
