Working with a grid. Enabled Snap to Grid. If new points are generated closer to the middle of the artboard, all right, they are anchored to the grid, but if close to the edge, then stubbornly adhere to the border of the artboard.
Work is being undertaken icons 16X16 px. All values are exposed in pixels, and the grid
Gridline every 1px
Subdivisions 2
So, when approaching the border, artboard captures the point and attracts, regardless of the grid.
