Good afternoon.
The network was looking for - or anything sensible did not find!
A couple of questions.
1) There is a problem in LAN to download files from pendrive when you connect it to a PC.

In my head I remembered XCopy.
Files from disk - PC1 , to disk D - PC2 are copied without problems.
Plug a USB flash drive to PC1, it is drive F:

Who can normally tell what to do?
If there is no solution to automatically copy when you connect, you can track for example using DameWare Remote
Using DameWare Remote can be copied, but it is necessary to flash drive was shared.

My cmd does not work with UNC paths. You can either map a network drive using net use, after you copy off. Either do it in PowerShell.
In cmd to see what the computer have a flash drive you can, for example, parsing the output of wmic value.
wmic is able to work with remote computers.
