Now accepting applications goes through the mail, and it's very uncomfortable.
I would like some solution like a help-deska.. Where the client put his personal account, it creates the application-ordering and this application is a separate conversation, upload files, put a status..
Somebody met something similar?
I repeat the main thing - the possibility of registering the client in system, chat, exchange files, and a list of applications with the status.
