How to configure shortcuts in Gnome 3?

Such question already was. And he did not answer. Just took the link on how to change the keyboard shortcut. So I decided to lift.
The point is that switching of the layouts is configured for CTRL+SHIFT. And there is a switch at the moment when the keys are pressed, not when released. It's sooooo uncomfortable. All shortcuts that begin with CTRL SHIFT not working. For example:
Chromium (Chrome) - open a closed tab. CTRL+SHIFT+T
To select the text - CTRL+SHIFT+(right/left arrow)
I think you can continue for long.
This problem was Unity until Ubuntu 16.04. Then it was decided, as the XS. Now put 18.04 again Hey. And everywhere, where is the third such nonsense.
Who have already solved such a problem? Help Board.

This is a bug with xorg, which the Ubuntu maintainers put fuck for a long time. On 17.10 decided update xorg'a from https://launchpad.net/~spvkgn/+archive/ubuntu/xorg... . For 18.04 unlikely to have someone patch collected.
