Tried to access in a single hosting via ssh, but only in response to
ssh: connect to host **** port 22: Operation timed out


telnet says the same thing (I'm not really good at this, just trying to gather more info):
Trying 178.208.83.17... telnet: connect to address 178.208.83.17: Operation timed out telnet: Unable to connect to remote host


And the other hosting all the rules, and not norms
Wrote in support, but only in response to what they are all OK, but the problem I have
How to find out why the one port 22 is not available?

Trying 178.208.83.17

I have port 22 is perfectly connected, requests a username/password, shouldn't there fail2ban and blocked if you have it?
