Here a team is downloaded and installed docker-compose:
sudo curl -o /usr/local/bin/docker-compose-L "https://github.com/docker/compose/releases/download/1.11.2/docker-compose-Linux-x86_64"

But the address quoted is not available without proxy(checked in browser). Proxy downloaded.
Can we install through the console already downloaded file?

UPD: Seeded the Internet with mobile and downloaded through it. There address was available.

man curl x, --proxy <[protocol://][user:password@]proxyhost[:port]> Use the specified HTTP proxy. If the port number is not specified, it is assumed at port 1080.

in bash

$ http_proxy=http://your.proxy.server:port/ curl #.... $ https_proxy=https://your.proxy.server:port/ curl #....
