For quite a long time I partially reside in the Czech Republic use the services of local banks, perform financial transactions, etc. and still can not understand why there is no possibility to implement p2p payments from card to card? For example in Ukraine, Russia. At first thought only in the Czech Republic, but it turned out that in neighbouring countries Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, too, is missing the opportunity. Just Deposit and waiting for the receipt of funds during the day. What this might be? I'm not particularly competent in this area. Please explain.
