Driver usb on the front and a couple rear(rear not all that strange) flies after rebooting the PC, and the Manager is an exclamation point icon helps only the removal of these devices and update the configuration, the driver put on the new and before rebooting ports work, after reboot all on the new, Google suggested that it was due to the fact that at some point I connected some device to the port, then detached and reattached almost immediately and something went wrong and now the bug in fact Google as well and suggested a solution which I described above but he said that it was supposed to work 1 time and for all but alas :(

Oh, and as usual(about 83% ) understood himself, so a glitch with the iron wasted the registry:
If I USB driver: Find the registry in a branch:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Class\\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}

and look to the right side the parameters values for this key. If there are values LowerFilters and UpperFilters, delete them and reboot.

the issue has been resolved

Try removing all the drivers using usbdeview. Then put the driver program SDI.
Before any operation, I recommend to create a restore point.
