Downloaded this plugin
plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/70696/arc-dark-theme, opened settings, clicked "Import", chose the downloaded archive, the message "Select items to import" and nothing happens. In the comments to that plugin are specified the same problem, no one answered. Googling does not work. Well, if one package failed to deliver, rarely get to find a plugin that fails to install. How to import these plug-ins?
