These OS are no real prospects there. If you are interested in OS different from Unix/Linux, welcome to the world of RTOS. A lot of them: FreeRTOS, RTEMS, QNX, VxWorks, and dozens, of all sizes and varieties, and they are widely used.

You need to understand that each OS has a niche in which it lives. If there is no niche - OS dies.
