Is it possible to make it so that when you run the shortcut to the program I first flew a notification and then run the program itself?

Example:
  1. 2хЛКМ on the program shortcut
  2. A notice appeared in the center of the screen
  3. Clicked on ok within the notification window
  4. Run the program
UPD
Play War Thunder. Bugs there nemeryannom, so I keep the DVR from Nvidia in case the bug report.
Nvidia did not provide automatic on recording, and he sometimes forget to include. In the settings there is a "Deny shooting desktop", but then errors after departure can not get on the record.

So I want to myself make such notification, if possible.

Not quite understand the question . What do you mean by Notification in the center of the screen? What email program? If c# , then you can make a shape in the form of notifications , well, or MessageBox . And there already to make the transition to another form .

It is possible in VBScript to do this.
MsgBox "You just launched a DVR?", vbQuestion, "Checking" WScript.CreateObject( "WScript.Shell" ).Run(WScript.Arguments(0))

the content in the file C:\\test.vbs
and the game shortcut to add "C:\\test.vbs "(without the quotes and with a space) before the executable of the game.
Thus, the script first displays a window, it will wait for pressing OK, and then launch the game itself

Although easier zapusti direct entry from a script probably)))
