How to align div inside before?

All just, made inside a div -- diva - the pseudo-element from the library is awesome.

It is quite fun crap, while some of the pseudo-element DIVS lined, others moving out. All 100% identical, only neighbouring tag different quantity of letters (the menu links).

If the parent div, inside of which, pseudoelement, position is not relative, a absolute - everything is aligned. However, this method is not suitable for me as need to these buttons was next to the text.

Why moving out before positioning relative?
