openvpn.conf
client-config-dir /etc/openvpn/ccd

ccd create a custom file for the key name there and hand out routes/DNS what you need

push "route 255.255.255.255 185.104.44.2"
push "route 192.168.4.0 255.255.255.0"
push "dhcp-option DNS 192.168.4.5"

when combined they give to the client (see log)

# "dev tun" will create a routed IP tunnel,
# "dev tap" will create an ethernet tunnel.
# Use "dev tap0" if you are ethernet bridging
