There is initially a basic project, containing the components of any basic page is configured for i18n, authorization, basis for Stora Vuex on and so forth. I wish that this project could somehow reuse in other, adding some new functionality. While I would not want to every time I had to copy this project completely from the base and something to build upon. Also with this approach, if in the core project there will be some changes, you have to produce them with all the "child".
As most correctly and beautifully it would be possible to solve this problem? Any examples?

1. Split into modules.
2. Use https://github.com/verdaccio/verdaccio or equivalents to create its "local npm" (you can use standard npm, but the functionality of private modules $7 per month worth https://www.npmjs.com/pricing )
3. To publish modules in verdaccio and use them in other projects as a regular npm modules.
