Internet: Ukrtelecom DSL
Modem connected to router D-Link DIR-300.
To the router podsoedenit desktop (no wifi) and a laptop via wifi.
On the laptop installed Windows 7 and Ubuntu 10.10.

When working with Ubuntu, I noticed that Internet is slower compared to Windows 7.
For example:
The main page in Firefox in Ubuntu to boot in about 12-20 seconds with it very unstable, although it can sometimes start to be loaded in 3-5 seconds.
In Firefox on Windows 7 home Habra loaded in 2-3 seconds consistently.

Here the result of command lspci-k in Ubuntu:
... Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) (rev 01) Subsystem: Foxconn International, Inc. Device e025 Kernel driver in use: ath9k Kernel modules: ath9k ...

Why is this happening?
