Have a VPS server with SSD-mi online store on the engine ocstore 2.3
Early in the year broke on the new version of ubuntu 16.04 server (php 7.0, apache) with the socket VESTA
The website itself is more or less like this engine and with a large amount of merchandise works fine.

But faced with one problem when I do export the database via phpmyadmin the file download is with speed up to 100 KB/sec.

What could be the problem and where to dig?

In advance all thanks for the help.

Normal way: mysqldump -> gzip/bzip2 -> wget

Essence - make a file on the server. And it and take. Otherwise long and tedious.

Honestly before on older versions of Ubuntu server 12 everything was fine without a backup.
How\\what to properly do a backup of the database was merged already in the archive?
