PEOPLE! Help plz, I almost dug up the truth

In General, vpn from casperia works through their application kaspersky secure connection that you can run on your computer or smartphone. I REALLY need to wrap all traffic with the PS4 using their vpn.

What I did:

- Stuck in a computer a second network
- Stuck a cable provider in one of them
- Second, the cable to the PS4
- Launched the app from Casperia
- There is a virtual adapter
- In the properties for this adapter, I was given access to the network to which the cable is connected to the PS4
PS-network earned, all services started, online all. BUT! When I try to add in voice chat other, which is connected to the PS-newtwork same method, the Curling iron gives a message that perhaps is not the right NAT type.
I checked, we both have NAT type 2
I suspect that you need to forward the ports, but how?
Of course, if it was possible to configure a VPN from Kaspersky directly into the router, it sure would solve the problem, but this is not possible.
Interesting fact, in all the games I have and other have online, there are other players and voice chat. But with each other we can't.

What I was trying to do:

- Thrust a cable from a second network not in PS4, and in a normal router, from it to PS4. This method also works, but not solves my problem. Error is not true NAT
On the computer WIN10 pro. Changed the network card to a Router through the registry, it was no use.
Can shoot ports? What I think SONY uses heat it in Google.

More about the features of the network:

- When I "fumble" the Internet with virtual adapter on a network to which cable in the PS4 is given the IP 192.168.137.1
- PS4 gets 192.168.137.100 IP, gateway, and DNS 192.168.137.1
- If in manual to drive on a PS4 DNS of Yandex or Google, Internet no
Different DNS hammered on the router, no result
- If the cord to connect to the router it receives an IP 192.168.137.1, and the PS4 runs out of the DHCP range
- Never tried to drive a IPS and stuff manually, but I'll try

I think the topic is relevant for many with the light blocking half the Internet and will help to solve all the problems. Thanks in advance for your answers!

No, will not help.

Company Kaspersky has headquarters in Russia.
And obliged to obey the laws of the Russian Federation.
Even if they don't block sites on the list of Roskomnadzor, it does not mean that in the near future, not force them to do it.
A law requiring VPN providers to do so came into force on 1 November 2017.
If someone thinks that the troops will retreat, it is not so that clamp nuts will continue, will continue to close loopholes.

So it is better to configure your router full VPN not contained in jursidiction of the Russian Federation.

And now spend a lot of effort to configure this solution by using a VPN connection virus, and then it will stop working and will have everything set up again.

Nope. (didn't know that Casper is a private VPN)...
Do you seriously want to get around the lock-set Russian with goskontrol using the Russian private firm? Especially now, when suddenly remembered about the law of VPNs and everyone started to flatten I... - well, that is, either to seek to block in the list of RKN or themselves to block...
