Is it possible to bind domain on (Yes, in General, any host) to AWS S3?

As you know, is a default to bind to the domain without the www. you need to use AWS Route53 ALIAS entry. Is there any local hosting companies opportunities to emulate the ALIAS to bind to the S3? I do not want to transfer the domains on AWS. The main reason: I need to a small static site to bind many domains for A/B testing, and AWS for each wound area takes 50 cents per month and a free tier for route53 does not apply.
