In General, there is antenna from MTS, the cable connects to the box, and it via hdmi to the TV. Want to get rid of it. Have a question, if I buy a thing called TV receiver, I can switch off it's cable TV from MTS and to watch some channels through it? It would still need some kind of antenna?

Box from MTS and there is a TV receiver, only for streams DVB-S and a built-in chip for diskriminirovaniya (read transcripts of the paid thread). Connect a terrestrial antenna and watch TV.
