Good evening I would like to know of advice on how you can implement the Internet itself. Live in a private home where there is no fibre optic but across the river are high-rise buildings not more than 2 kilometers Respectively they have is fiber. How to connect to the Internet can create Wi Fi network

Years 9 live=)
I've been using homemade antennas point DWL-2100AP, then moved on to purchase yagi, and then on ready-made sets of access points, street performance Ubiquiti nanobridge m2. I recommend just the like to take a few or a couple of mikrotik.
Did Called the operator, leave the application for connection at the house where I wanted to put the antenna on the address of the last+N, where N is an arbitrary number, but not too big =) Previously agreed with the Chairman of the house (gave on a paw) on the installation of the antenna (to sit down to a blank space on the mast is not lowered).
Because the Antenna and the access point is one thing, but still powered through the twisted pair, then the installation will not take much time. Even in the moment of connection, but better (with laptop olusturulan on the signal level, preferably with two sides. On the roof you can probably find the socket or the bulb for a trial run)
Then put your cable (shielded, 8 core - FTP) directly to the box the right of the operator.
When the installer arrives - show him the cable and PoE adapter. Put it straight into the bin operator and sign just in case - "Employee" =) (Later I really became a associate in the provider) For tractability can also give paw.
On the other side of radiobridge - wire needs to be connected to the device whose Mac address will have to see and register at provider settings, respectively, should be introduced. And that's all.
Each step has its intricacies that it is better to plan in advance and work out.
For example to pre-configure each other points, save the configuration. Try different frequencies, and it is better on a custom =) and not remove the power to the max and Vice versa it is better to underestimate!

Why no one suggested to contact the ISP to get it organized linkup? Maybe there is already and equipment you need is there, Yes, perhaps it will be released for a few rubles more (and maybe cheaper), but less hassle and the solution "turnkey". In our region, for example, one of the providers provides this service

if the house is in direct line of sight - need to agree with any of these houses about the Internet for you to acquire a couple of wifi bridges for which will be announced on 2 km and configure all this stuff.

Linkup it is possible to build not only someone's apartment, but also to negotiate, that would put the equipment on the roof that is connected straight to the network provider. Wi-Fi does not require registration or receive frequencies, but it may not be enough. This is solved by several parallel bridges.

Officially or to cooperate with other residents, or to pay the costs of laying optics somewhere in your neighborhood.
Unofficially there is already listed the options - either to negotiate with the tenant house to set up the duplex, or to negotiate with the installers to linkup put in tehetazha.
Always keep in mind that any informal connection does not carry any duties. That is:
- the tenant of the apartment where You have a duplex, can go on a long trip, if something happens to the bridge - will have to wait :)
- also can is banal to sell the apartment and the new tenant You send
- if the connection is made on the tehetazha, at the first complaint it will disconnect

Water is very bad. Should be high set point (high mast) + use only standard, and it's speed is 10M and it is very good. But you have to experiment. Take a couple of hotspots with powerful transmitters (Mikrotik, ubiquiti) with the ability to use external antenna and legalized for use in Russia, buy a normal parabolic antenna to an agreement with Duk high-rise buildings and forward...
Or maybe enough LTE antenna and modem?
