They're all video formats and Wikipedia says that
MJPEG stands for "Motion JPEG," and is indentical to Photo-JPEG except that the MJPEG codecs have translators built-in to support the different capture cards.

What it means is unclear. In practice, instead of shoved pjpeg and mjpeg software would not care.

MJPEG is supported in hardware by some video capture cards.
Roughly speaking, faster and better on some hardware.
The type of H264 vs WMV - the first in raspberries may even 4K, the second is dying on it at FHD.
