When you install Ubuntu, make a separate partition under the folder /home. But then it turned out that the second section is intended for sharing with Windows, and now I have to move the home folder on the system partition of Linux.
How to do it as simply as possible? In Internet only find instructions on three sheets - to me, is not very versed in Linux at all something difficult to understand. Although in fact, because you just need to create a folder on the system partition, copy files and change the pointer from the second partition to a folder first.

1 - boot from live
2 - copy the home partition to the folder /home rights (mc and grsync in live, you can install apt-get-ω as well as in a conventional system, but only for one session)
3 - row for home in the fstab comentem or deleted

... reboot & enjoy
