An employee of the shop will ask You specific questions which need answering. In case of successful answers, You will make a replacement sim card.

The customer will be sent a notification letter with a request in case of acceptance of the subscriber number for which you want to change the owner (or waived), to contact the Company verbally or in writing (Contact center, store, Fax, e-mail, letter).

We are pleased to announce that at the expiration of six months from the date of dispatch of this letter, in the absence of a response from the Client (Client was not addressed in the Contact center or store), you may be required to change the owner to user (the date is counted from the current six months + 10 days for delivery of the message).
