At the moment, have personal time for self-education (e.g. learning java) but the daily routine is not controlled, the morning starts with a Cup of tea, then I go to websites IT news, which takes a lot of time, then kind of need to relax the eyes and brain, again 30 to 40 minutes is spent on this, then already dinner time is approaching and it's time to cook something themselves, and so again lost for 2-3 hours. then after lunch, quiet time, and there is already a brain is completely liquefied, and so every day... it introduces a little sadness that the precious free days are just like that. Tried to get up at 6 in the morning for a run, but apparently the body had not adopted the regulations and began to take( frequent colds and impotence) and here I am again, sitting with nothing....
I'm only 30 years old and still have a desire to learn.
