I noticed that often the comments to the topic-the links left by people not bother to read the article on the proposed link, often starting to do is fundamentally not true assumptions for a brief announcement. Often, in the comments ignite a rather large discussion, whose participants don't even know what to answer them just one click away. While, to read the proposed article, usually no questions left.
In order not to be unfounded, see comments to a recent topic-the link goes to the Google two-step verification users.

What do you think, would it help to disable the comment of a topic-links to navigate through this reference? Or maybe commenting on the topics-links do not need a opportunity?
PS the Question is a little unsuitable for the Q&A, but hardly deserves a separate topic. We hope for your understanding.

I think that they (well me too) just get minus karma for not read, but condemn. Allocate topics-links here is not necessary.

No changes are necessary.

as for me, it would be better if introduced pre-moderation to the topic of links or in any other way restricted the number of the topic links on the home. Don't know anyone, and I they are annoying, especially because this is mainly a link to some news that someone else, not so fast, but told only his words on habré.
