Here's the thing, maybe I'm just vain panic. The computer is 8 GB of RAM, plus 8 virtual. Based on the statistics of Aida, occupied 86% of physical memory and 89% of virtual. Although the PC is only open chrome, photoshop and VS Code, they are the main eaters of memory. Chrome eats 1GB, the rest are 100 MB. Nothing like this is fixed, but the memory somewhere poured. Another thing is that in task Manager the performance tab shows only 4 GB.

You have 4 GB of RAM.
It is not enough.
Install CPU-Z or HWiNFO and make sure we could see all the ins and outs of the system.

And chromium eating not 1Gb, it depends on how many tabs running and extensions installed. They are all separate processes.

Suggest to buy memory. What Mat. fee?

Well, for starters I would pay attention to the line "hardware Reserved 4Gb" - because half of Your physical memory at once Ala ulyu. And 4Gb is not enough even for win7. Wind by the way your system processes is quite able to eat a lot of memory, especially if it puts the updates, especially if a lot in a row.

Since Vin7 (possibly Vista) Windows eats almost all available memory for the cache.
But this does not mean that it is not enough when you need to the Windows share, if anything.

What you have hardware reserved 4GB? That's a lot, IMHO.
About hardware redundancy read here.
General advice is to update BIOS, play with settings of BIOS, update the driver - to take fresh from the manufacturer's website iron.
