If I made the right LiveCD flash drive?

I made a LiveCD USB flash drive due to the fact that I had a Grub Error after I expanded the volume. I tried many ways but always withdrawn Unknown File System. And then I decided to fix it using a LiveCD. But when I press it opens the BIOS. And that's all. Does this mean that I made the wrong LiveCD?
And should I choose NTFS or FAT30? 5b8792146915c692193829.jpeg5b87921a44c52913364899.jpeg5b879220c33ac569778324.jpeg5b879227185c2937413538.jpeg

I did everything right, but the utility was not of good quality. I made a LiveCD program called Rufus and it worked.
