Use debian for 9, PHP-FPM, MySql, phpmyadmin.

I need to import the database file through phpmyadmin .
In phpmyadmin writes Maximum size: 1,000 MB (I have made changes in config)
The legal maximum.

What I was doing:

Increase the script execution time
nano /etc/php/7.0/fpm/php.ini max_execution_time = 300 max_input_time = 600 memory_limit = 512M

Here
nano /etc/php/7.0/fpm/pool.d/www.conf request_terminate_timeout = 300

Here
nano /etc/nginx/nginx.conf add in the section http { fastcgi_read_timeout 300;

Restart
service nginx restart systemctl restart php7.0-fpm

What happens
When you import a small file (10MB), all is well. And in the browser, at the bottom you can see the download %.
File small - download % quickly reaches 100% and everything is OK. the Import is successful.

But when you import a large file download (% in the bottom row of the browser) is slower up to 40% (for example) and after 30 seconds reset. And back to 1%..2%. Then again reset and an error - page with error text
Unable to access the website
Web page at http://***/import.php, maybe temporarily unavailable or permanently moved to a new address. ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED

In my opinion there is at runtime of the script.

You have the ability to import data via the command line? mysql-u username-p password -h host db_name < dump.sql

Or normal software like MySQL Workbench.

Large dumps are better to import directly via the client DB (mysql or HeidiSQL remotely, for example).
phpmyadmin in this regard are the brake tool and fit a maximum of for download the schema to a blank database to prepare it for use software.

Googly ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED error - looks like something from Windows and antivirus all.
and also fill up timit database server
[mysqld]
connect_timeout=100
