We have a corporate squid cuts, all requests to addresses of the form *.vkontakte.ru* but doesn't hurt *vk.com*.

Accordingly, Vkontakte music app launched vk.com but when I try to play the song climb to cs*.vkontakte.ru/* cut.

Is there an extension for Firefox\\Chromium that would automatically redirect requests with *.vkontakte.ru* *vk.com*?

I think that writing a certain setting in the hosts file, this problem can be solved!

to write a script for greasemonkey as an option

And that would prevent the admins to add to the filtration and vk.com? IMHO a proxy server with https the best solution.

MusicSig vkontakte
Extension for Chrome (don't know if it works under Linux on Chromium)
in this extension there are a bunch of settings for VC, one of them may be of help (I haven't checked it):
— To change links vk.com and vkontakte.ru depending on where you're sitting now
