Which graphics library to choose to create a paid app in Python with a nice GUI?

Interested in Linux and Windows. QT rejected, because to pay such a sum for it is not possible. Heard something about GTK+, but did not understand whether this library to create nice-looking GUI.

If your application dynamically link with Qt, you can freely use LGPL for Qt and any other for its software, including closed.
