How can I import (refresh) the data of only one or two specific columns in a table via a csv file?

There is a table with a few columns. For example: id_order | date | qty | order_state | chto_to | i_td
Have a csv file in two columns:
id_order | order_state
1 | 22
2 | 7
3 | 15
5 | 22
etc.
id_order - the master key (primary or whatever)
Task:
Replace (update) the data of only those two columns. How?
