Some time ago I bought a monthly subscription for the full package of Adobe Creative Cloud. Chose an annual subscription plan with monthly payments. Paid for the first month, used a month and then stopped using it. Since paid card, which in fact are not where the money never in fact, and no, Adobe was unable to process the payment for the second month. For the second month in adobe I have tried to write the money 4 times, in accordance with this, the mail came 4 letters about it. In the final 4 the letter stated that in connection with the inability to charge for services adobe, the subscription will be cancelled and you will be placed in free mode. It was in June of this year. I have a questions: do I Need to write to technical support at Adobe to request the completion of the subscription? Will I have penalty for being issued an annual subscription with monthly payments, but from the second month just stopped paying for the service?
