Is:

Tabular data sources — databases, Excel, tables in web pages...

You need to:

To obtain these feature sample data (with filters and periodically at specified intervals or on a schedule)

— For these samples to build charts, reports and other schedules as the same may be used for other samples.

— Hanging notifications on different events of type output values of any graphics within the specified range or an abrupt change of the data, for example, more than 10%...

— Charts should be specifying the columns that should be projected on a coordinate axis.

— Creation of dash-boards to monitor charts and reports in real time.

We last week did the same thing based on MS Reporting Service 2008 (the one with MS SQL Server).
There were problems with the data source based on Excel but then we bypassed the restrictions. Do you think they even not meet.
