Lighttpd load is distributed evenly between the processors.
At the moment the first processor is about 20%, the second — about 5-7%. Races at the traffic rises.

Do not consider for a flame... But lighty from my grandfather. Use nginx.

now, if one was 99% and one at 5%, then you can sound the alarm. While I see no problem, worker lighty themselves will upload percent/kernel as needed.
