Hello, do I need to put checkbox Cyrillic in the font Google Fonts if the website will be in Russian? Without this how-to works, but it would be desirable to learn precisely, could it have to do with anything?

The Cyrillic Comfortaa should work via Google API, exactly as you suggest:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Comfortaa&subset=latin,cyrillic">

I prefer this way because the user might have this font already cached from previous sessions with Google fonts.
