Hello!
We have a lot of different systems that save logs to text files, CSV files
Think about how to feed them with some kind of system so you can quickly search and filter data, set the KEY notifications for example in a telegram that there was some kind of new record with a specific key word.

Advise in what direction to look to have minimum manual copilot.

Elk or Graylog.
I think Graylog is easier to raise with notifications.
