This is my first official career, so do not judge strictly for the ignorance of some laws.
Work in a company which is quite closely connected with it. One of our goals is to support users of a particular software product, coupled with specific technical support and the majority of employees in an organization are agents of support - support software and hardware which we sell. All employees of the organization knowledge and experience are the it person, because support is tied to problem solving not only our software but windows error, PC failure etc.
In the employment contract all marked as "Engineer tech", including me.
And there is one caveat, which is essentially the it Department or system administrator in your organization no. His duties unofficially I do, and almost all employees part. Immediately when I came in I saw that all unlicensed software installed by some left-wing assemblies, Windows, photoshop, etc., in General a whole bunch.
It is clear that the organization with the license AT all bad, but who will be held accountable if anything? Can point at me the finger the Director saying that he is admin and he is guilty, although under the labour contract I am exactly "software engineer"? Did I mean all these acronyms for something? Or matter that is specified in the employment contract employee responsibilities (which responsibilities are similar to no admin).
Just want to understand the current situation of my Affairs and what you can do to best protect yourself. If all this is done from the bulldozer, then I can informally and in the accounting Department will sign off as the administrator and responsible for all the sins? Or check simply eliminating all bureaucracy will understand that if there is no administrator, then someone W adminunit in any case, you'll find it, in spite of his position and blamed him?
