Brought on a flash drive is a miracle, all the files infected. The flash drive is not formatted, NOD32 finds infected files, but I can't remove. Even today I downloaded the AVG — the same story. The flash drive is, in principle, is not needed, but it seems the infection has reached the desktop, which mercilessly began to slow down.
Please tell me how to deal with it.

umount /dev/sdbX #device name can be seen just typing mount
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdaX #to the boot sector and partition table overwrite
then either in Windows format or
mkfs.fat32 /dev/sdaX
