- Discogs has disabled rss the artists
- Muspy, album tracker album-info - base is a bit small (no Russian rap, for example)
- Google Alerts a bunch of garbage shows
- saundamus - site unavailable
- on torrents has no such feature
- torrentchecker buggy

For me tvfedor.ru. Signed up for a discography of artists from rutrekere using Fedora, and subscribe via RSS.
Now in a single tape getting notifications about updates to your favorite artists.
