Something like that.

Option with photoshop\\GIMP is not considered as it is not always possible to use it. Is there a browser plugin or a web solution which allows to get a neat picture, framed by the browser and even shadow?

If you have a Mac, you just need the terminal to enable the shadow around the screenshot
\r
To enable: defaults write com.apple.screencapture disable-shadow-bool true
Disable: defaults write com.apple.screencapture disable-shadow-bool false

Snagit 8 — use for more than a year, a lot of designs, profiles and hotkeys for them.
