Just say — you need not complete the billing, it's just statistics :)
About the same as in Kerio WinRoute, i.e. they must be able to easily see which IP went where and how many pumped up.

Data collection can be performed for example, using the flow-capture, but what to use for generating statistics based on this data?

You can try to look
\rtraffpro.ru/278-rryersrss.html
There is a report "who, what?" and "who is where".

Or something based on squid. But, all that was found at the time were antiquated (in the sense of the ancient and abandoned)

If you have squid, sams is a great choice. Authorization, and If authorization is not needed, the sarg is also good.

And netams and nawt what are you not satisfied?
Or if you just want a simple ulog/ulogd+a simple parser?

PS I think I even once advised already.
