Sensible book for sales managers. I want to read a little to learn from the experience of others, to discover new nuances, moments.

Still very useful to read "please say no" by Jim camp is not so much a sale, but the art of negotiation in General and "Never eat alone" Keith Ferrazzi is a networking.

Suggest Why we buy, or how to force people to buy Paco Underhill. Maybe it's not quite what you are looking for, but the book is very useful to all who are engaged in sales.
