so wrote when taken in for repair at an authorized service center Apple Power Line that was 19.04.2010.

Service refers to Apple, Apple refers to suppliers of components and phoning every 2 weeks technical support at Apple, hear the jagged ice that your motherboard is already almost there and will be in 2 weeks.

According to Zozpp you are entitled to claim 1% of the purchase price for each day of delay of the warranty period. Make a written request, if it doesn't, send the claim to court yourself or using the local authority's RFP.

I had the same thing in early spring. Brought laptop in for service, don't remember the name, near Myasnitskaya street (Moscow).
