I have a repository, a lot of them are very large, containing video files. When renaming such big folders within these repositories via TortoiseSVN, a very loaded system.
How to solve this problem?

In the official documentation for Subversion I personally have not been able to find information on mechanisms of renaming.
Where to peep?
