Shopscript definitely a shitty choice compared to Bitrix (you will understand this maybe not immediately, but when you start to develop the store will face enormous difficulties in debugging shopscript). Bitrix voracious and at this size, the directory need at least a virtual dedicated server. Also have to work some magic with server settings under Bitriks, but if done correctly the system will work well.
