Have a laptop with Windows 7 and a server with Debian on Board, with a raised pulseaudio server. How to broadcast audio from the laptop to the server?
For Windows XP, for example, there were Enlightened Sound Driver, but Windows 7 obviously it's not working.

Not much with this kind of stuff, but I'll write as I think.
If the output of all audio with the laptop Windows 7 to the server, you need to change a recording device, such as a microphone (it can bring to the network?) replace the stereo mixer which should be in the settings of the recording devices. And then this stereo mix through something. which works with microphones and recording to bring to the network.
