How to use GeoLite ASN in php?

From maxmind is the base transformation ip to ASN
www.maxmind.com/app/asnum

anybody have ideas like this in php to use special functions under the asn is not present, and when you try to use as a Base organisation, it turns out the error that it is not correct database format.

Php is not very convenient binding, so you'll have to replace the file as if it was the base GeoIPOrg.dat.
I have read function geoip_org_by_name.
on 8.8.8.8 returns the name of the organization "AS15169 Google Inc."

The best solution I found — use the library IpLoc, which envelopes them CSV in an optimized view with storage in MySQL. It works very quickly.
