In the dock is easily fixed just folder Explorer, when clicked, runs the library (or it is set up to open My computer/select folder/..). To secure additional shortcut to your favorite folder, a separate element is not obtained. Is there a solution?

Can try to do like Quick Launch in previous versions of Windows:

why not the desired folder is not attached (pinned) to the icon Explorer — then access in two clicks 1 right click and 1 left =)
