Is it possible to change the article type?

I wrote habré article, but indicated the type "topic" instead of "translation".

Can this be fixed? or should I hide to write the article and re-publish with the correct type?

Unfortunately, no.
There is an option to hide the article in the drafts and skopipastit in a new post of type "translation".
